Two announcements from two college superstars mean that Oklahoma and Wisconsin can be thrown into the Title mix for 2013.

On a semi-related note, the draft keeps getting better and better for Kellen Moore, seeing as Landry Jones and Matt Barkley are both staying for their senior years. Quarterbacks are going to be slim this year.
